MOBILES APP STORE APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT EXIBIT A AGREEMENT

 

A.            PURPOSE OF APPLICATION SYSTEM.

The purpose of the Mobiles App Store Solution System is to create a platform for the Company to Insert Purpose of Mobile Application.  The Application Solution System will be comprised of parts as Application Development with regular updates for iPhone, IOS and Android compatibility as agreed prior to a development agreement with mobiles app store.

 B.           SERVICES.

In exchange for the Design Fee, the Developer will produce an Application System, in accordance with the Schedule of features detailed below:

App Packs:  Starter   |   Bronze   |   Silver   |   Gold

CONTENT.

All content shall be provided to the Developer by the Company in the formats specified below:

1. All text shall be provided in Note Pad, WordPerfect, Word, PDF, or HTML
2. All graphics shall be provided in GIF, JPEG, or PNG formats

D.            SPECIFICATIONS.

The Parties hereby agree on the following specifications for the Application (collectively, the “Specifications”):

1. The graphics used in the Application shall be in JPEG or PNG
2. The Developer develops the Application to project the highest professional image.
3. The Developer shall not include links to other sites without the Company’s prior written consent.
4. The maximum size for any tablet, iPad or mobile phone screen shall be cross platform compatible.
5.  The average size of any page shall be tablet, iPad and mobile cross platform compatible.
6. The Application shall not include any of the Developer’s tools, either in object code and source code form, that the Developer has already developed or that the Developer independently develops or licenses from a third party, unless as specified in app packs where templates and CPanels are used in design format layout.

E.            Platform Requirements.

The Application provided by the Developer to the Company shall be compatible and function on the following mobile Android, Apple and IOS devices.

The Application provided by the Developer to the Company shall be compatible on the following operating systems: For best performance app will run on any Android 4* or higher and IOS 6 or higher

F.            COMPLETION SCHEDULE.

The schedule for completion of the Application (the “Schedule) and the responsibilities under the Agreement is detailed as follows:

Development Schedule may vary depending on the specification and the availability for interaction with the client; however most applications normally take up to 14 days to be fully developed.

Mobiles App Store publish applications within the same time frame as of development on App Store where applicable, but the Store providers time scheduling vary and can take up to 3 months maximum, but generally are much sooner. The Mobiles App Store has no terms for the app stores Scheduling completion policies.

G.           FEES.

1. Fixed fee of  £|$|€ Amount To Be of the development Period

Additionally,

100% of setup network fee after 7 day trial Period expires

Monthly payments in advance once application live date it set

H.           PAYMENT SCHEDULE.

The Company agrees to pay to the Developer £|$|€_______ of the total App Pack [TBD].

By signing below, the Parties agree to comply with all of the requirements contained in this Exhibit A.
